[PROBLEM] Duplicate Message-ID checking is not working
Problem summary
A user is receiving duplicate mails with the same message-IDs. How come MailNow! is not filtering those mails with the same message-IDs.

How to reproduce the problem

Solution

Duplicate message-ID is on by default. But this feature is only for virtual POP3 downloads. (i.e. for those accounts when you tick "Enable Auto POP3 Parse" in the MailNow! console - under the User properties). Any personal POP3 accounts which is downloaded by MailNow! will not be checked for duplicate message-ID.
 
Also check that the message-ID checking is not turned off (i.e. by manually specifying POP3ProxyDuplicateCheck=0).
