[HOW_TO] Check the page block by access control or content filter
Summary
The page is block by proxynow access control or content filter, to find out is block by which rules.

Details
Open Proxynow console and get the user access the page again, then go to proxynow server, open c:\proxynow_violation.log under notepad. Below is the sample of the log file, Base on this log file, this user is not able to access to HTTP://www.customs.gov.my/ and is due to Access control is blocking 'customs.gov'
