[PROBLEM] Valid mails sent to Junk folder
Valued customers,

We would like to bring to your attention of a very important issue. The spam update released on 6 February 2013 at 12:44 GMT (8:44 PM Malaysian time) caused valid mails to be filtered as spam. 

As such we highly advice you to inform the rest of your users to inspect their Junk folder on the MailNow! webmail (not the local one on their PC!) for any valid mails.

This issue has been fixed with the 7 February 2013 3:39 GMT Update.

You can check in your MailNow! 5 WebAdmin if you already have the correct update.

This issue also affected MailNow! 4 customers.
