[PROBLEM] IE9 "You can't proceed until recipient is specified" problem

Using IE9 in Webmail, if you enter the recipient address manually (not using Auto-complete), you'll receive "You can't proceed until recipient is specified" error. To fix this you need to enable IE9 compatibility mode.

In order to enable the compatibility mode in IE9, start your IE9, then on the toolbar, click on Page (or Tools) and from drop-down list appeared, choose Compatibility.
